What does this plant and new hair growth have in common?

Both when they are growing have a lighter, thinner, texture and color... (see pics) When your hair begins to fill in areas that previously experienced hair-loss, or thinning the new hair that springs up is similar to peach fuzz... Why is this? Those once complacent hair follicles are beginning it’s life cycle all over again.

Continue to nurture and feed this area to thicken up to full maturity... you’ll notice over the weeks and months it will blossom into hair that is stronger, thicker and darker....like a new plant leaf does in its life cycle.
