Do you have 2b-4c Wavy to extremely curly hair and need a quick technique to detangle? Sit and detangle with me!

Are you looking for a easy method to detangle your hair?

I’ve got some tips!
Check out my process that is normally done in the shower.... but for filming sake I’m sitting here!

After shampooing my hair with our Recovery Shampoo... I thoroughly applied our Restorative Hydrating Conditioner from root to tip massage well and gently into the hair this prepares the hair for detangling and gives the hair major slip keeping the hair shaft protected and more manageable.
You will need a wide tooth comb or you detailing item of your choice... just be sure the teeth are wide similar to a rake. Remember wet hair is very fragile so take your time and use good tools!

Step 1: section hair into 4 parts with hands

Step 2: always start combing from the bottom up and detangle gently and carefully.

Step 3: after a section has been detangled with tool use fingers to massage conditioner further into the hair shaft and smooth down hair cuticle

Step 4: Rinse hair with lukewarm water to lock in all the love you just applied! The cool water seals the cuticle and traps in moisture.

Pro Tip: do not touch hair again with a comb after rinsing you hair, it is already detangled! For extra protect add our Leave-In conditioner and style as desired.

Note: it is normal to shed up to 50-100 hairs a day... I know right?! But it’s true hair science. There are hundreds of thousands of hairs on your head, and every single one them is at a different stage of its two- to five-year lifespan. Hair grows and dies in phases, and nutrition, stress, hygiene, and daily styling all play a role in how much hair you lose daily. So stay cool and keep detangling
